Body position plays a crucial role in achieving good sleep quality, especially for individuals who snore or experience back and neck pain due to certain sleep positions. SomnoPose, a sleep position monitor, offers assistance in managing your sleeping posture.

SomnoPose operates throughout the night while connected to your iPhone or iPod touch. It continuously tracks the orientation of the device, generating an all-night chart displaying your various sleep positions and providing a summary that outlines the time spent in each predominant position. Additionally, it features an optional alarm function to prompt you to adjust undesirable positions.

What SomnoPose Does:
